Shipping policy

We ship orders worldwide.

1. Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days to deliver to most countries. Delivery time may be delayed due to customs inspection, weather or logistics issues.
3. Shipping Fee: Shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees charged by your local government. We will not mark orders as gifts to avoid customs charges.
5. Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
6. Lost / Damaged Package: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will assist you to file a logistics claim.
